Introduction

DoPLA was formally established through MAF in 2017. DoPLA has a mandate of a secretariat agency that is responsible for study and synthesis of socio-economic and market issue on behalf of government, to act as a focal point for the identification and development of policies and sector strategies into laws and legislation in line with the National Socio-Economic Development Plan as set out for the relevant periods.
