Introduction

SEI is an international non-profit research and policy organization that tackles environment and development challenges. Its work spans climate, water, air and land-use issues, governance, the economy, gender and health. Stakeholder involvement is at the heart of SEI efforts to build capacity, strengthen institutions and equip partners for long-term change. Responsible in the ASSET Project

SEI contributes to the elaboration of the indicators in Methodological Framework. They have a regional experience of building inter-ministerial political dialogue (e.g. Green growth initiative in Lao PDR), involving some project implementing organizations (DALAM, NAFRI). SEI coordinates the gender issues of the project, and involve in the capacity development program by providing trainings to ASSET implementing organizations and ALiSEA members (see Capacity Development and Communication).
