Introduction

ITC is a Cambodian Higher Education Institution which was founded in 1964 and supported by cooperation between the Cambodia and the former Soviet Union. More than 10.000 executive members have been graduated from ITC. They are currently working intensely on the economic and social infrastructure development of Cambodia. The ITC is a Higher Education Institution for human resource development in the field of engineering, science and technology in Cambodia, recognized from national and international communities. 

Responsible in the ASSET Project

ITC is involved in the Flagship Level Action Research and coordinate with APAARI in the Capacity Development and Communication. ITC developed a strong expertise on E-learning with mandate from the government to support other education institution to develop E learning (and support from the Korean to expand to other target countries). ITC developed jointly with CIRAD MOOC on agroecology.
